Modern day events required huge amount of time in planning and execution. Breaking an event in small tasks, assign responsible persons, inviting guest and managing budget for each categories seems a challenge to us, furthermore the portal required integration with third party ecommerce store to create gift registry and vendor search engine.
We created a SaaS based application where users can sign up and create their events in a very user friendly way. Henceforth, our tools help them to create task list, guest list, find vendors for different event categories, budget allocation and control, and selecting gift registry. The user has given a hosted micro-site to inform other about the event with specific details.
The dashboard has an action oriented wizard to make the list of vendors for the event. All the elements in dashboard are designed by combining tile and material design concepts.
We have created two panel design for easing the operation of creating, retrieving, updating and deleting an item in the platform. We optimized this complete process using AJAX and JQuery.
User can create and customize his/own event microsite with custom URL, the website contains photo gallery, RSVP, story, wishes, countdown and gift registry blocks.
User can search the vendors near their locations and select the vendors of their choice with the help of reviews, availability and portfolios.
Designed and developed a responsive website that explain all the feature of application, and provide support to users.
