Project Brief

Our client is one of the leading travel agency with multiple offices spread across US.

They needed a centralized system to manage their agents all over the offices; further the capability for their agents to manage their day to day operations from the system itself.


We built a super admin panel which create offices, groups, agents and teams.

All users can login in their assigned offices, add their leads and book travel for them using a third party site. We built a web services that send back the data to our portal. Hence we are able to track the sales and commissions of whole team.


Admin Panel

As an Admin, you have all the control over agent’s activities in different offices with following main modules:

  • Admin can create offices and groups.
  • Admin register the agents in various offices.
  • Admin create users with desired privileges.
  • Document management.
  • Email and Reports.

Agent Panel

  • Agents can manage their clients, sales for the company and sales commission for them
  • Lead management.
  • Enroll new travel club memberships.
  • Send and receive documents related to travel booking.
  • Email and Reports.

Web Service Integration

The web service helps in

  • When admin register an agent, system automatically adds him to the booking portal.
  • Agents can login into a third party booking portal and book the hotels and flights.
  • Retrieve the sales data of agent into the admin side.
